Currently seeking customer service associates. Associates are responsible for quality control, item adjustment, customer correspondence via telephone and email, outstanding order fulfillment, and tasks assigned by management. Customer service experience is required as well as a patient, positive, and respectful demeanor. Applicants must have a minimum of intermediate level computer skills, basic math skills, and strong communication skills. Customer Service Associates are required to go through a training of order fulfillment processes, prior to customer service training, in order to be able to master the expectations of customer service department. Pay starts at $600 WEEKLY with the opportunity for testing into other positions with pay increases.
