POSITION: Permanent Coordinator ? Community Access Services ?
Level 3 and Worksites
START DATE: A.S.A.P
HOURS: 35 hours/week Monday to Friday ? Salaried Position (some flex hours required on evenings and weekends to accommodate respite services)
Must be able to work 24 hour on call system on rotation
STARTING
WAGE: $21.54 - $23.69 per hour depending upon qualifications
DUTIES: Direct Supervision of portions of community access services
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Personnel management
- Management of program components
- Direct Service
- Administrative duties
- Client and family support
CLOSING DATE: October 3, 2011 - 4:00 p.m.
APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Related Diploma or Degree (Rehabilitation Diploma, Psychology Degree, etc) with a minimum of two years direct frontline experience in the field
Supervisory experience is a requirement
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and be able to motivate/support teams
Ability to work under pressure
Computer skills
Strong knowledge and experience in the area of behavior management and dual diagnosis is an asset
NOTE: Successful applicants that possess a MSW, BSW or Diploma in Social Work will be required to register and maintain registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers prior to commencement of employment.
