Permanent, full time job which includes weekends and evenings. Completion of high school and some secondary education required. 1-2 years experience in
co-ordinating groups and planning events for groups in the tourism and hospitality industry. Responsibility for booking, planning and co-ordinating groups and events, including preparation of contracts and soliciting groups. Experience required with food and beverage management as well as accomodation services for groups, weddings and other special events. Skill necessary with spreadsheet software, word processing and DSC reservaton software. Eligibility to work in Canada is required. Waterton is a small town in a remote rural area. During the winter season the town has no services except the hotel/restaurant so own transporation in required. European language ability is an asset.
