Personal Skills - initiative, energy level/drive, communication skills, administration skills, adaptability/flexibility, dependability/attendance, appearance/grooming.
Excellent high volume Front of House Service and Culinary production skills. Team leadership in the dining room and highly engaged kitchen area. Execution of revenue periods for the highest level of service and care of guests and team members.
Strong local store marketing skills and event management.
