Reporting to the Supervisor of Recruitment, the Recruiter will be responsible for working with the Central Recruiting and Human Resources Teams to support the hiring initiatives of the company. You will work with a large, dynamic, outgoing, enthusiastic and collaborative team of professionals dedicated to all recruitment activities.

-Business or related degree is required
-Minimum 3 years of Recruitment or Human Resources experience is strongly preferred
-Ability to work in a high paced, high energy, team based environment where superior interpersonal, social skills, communication skills and professional etiquette are required
-Comfortable with public speaking in front of large audiences
-Strong problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must
-Comprehensive computer skills
-Ability to operate with very high levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
-Filling all staff and hourly placements
-Utilizing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure the highest quality of candidates are placed
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all Hiring Managers and Human Resources
-Taking ownership and managing support teams to ensure pre-employment requirements are completed, including reference checks and drug screens
-Maintaining computer based recruitment tools, including online tracking systems, posting and advertising, job descriptions, interview profiles, screening criteria, selection documentation, applicant correspondence, job offer letters, and reports as needed
-Assisting with the execution of the Foreign Recruitment Program
-Assisting with the nationwide Campus Recruitment Program
-Managing Central Recruitment's preferred vendors list, along with all other agency relationships as required Manage high level sourcing strategies, including SEM, print / online / social media, coordination of career fairs and industry events
-Daily and / or long term travel as required
-Ensuring recruitment activities are carried out in compliance with Canadian law
