Watch out for the old online scammer. Had a guy go by the name of Brian Hink(said he was from Williams Lake) and his email handle was "land creativity" Beware of this loser as he is a scammer. Will tell you funds have been sent via phony Etransfer. If you google it these scams are often followed up by a threatening RCMP letter. . ..loser. Don't fall for it.
