?Utilize the Performance Management system to coach, support and evaluate employees
?Actively participate as a team player in project/program development and implementation

?Providing scheduling and resource management
?Participate in an on call rotation REQUIREMENTS ? A regulated health care professional designation. (Degree Prepared RN)
? three to 5 yrs management or supervisory experience in a health care organization (experience managing 50+ people).
? Excellent critical thinking, organizational and time management expertise.
? Excellent interpersonal and verbal/writing expertise.
? Expertise to work autonomously and as part of a team.
? Sound understanding of documentation standards.
? Demonstrated results driven leadership skills.
? Excellent computer knowledge/skills and familiarity with scheduling systems.
? A min of 6 (6) months community nursing experience wanted.
? Experience in teaching or preceptoring is preferred.
