Currently there is a position available for a results driven customer oriented Grain Storage Sales Manager in their Southern Alberta location. This role provides new and challenging opportunities and professional development in a high-growth organization with industry leading ability in grain storage management. Reporting to the Division General Manager and working closely with the Canadian and International Sales Directors, your primary function will involve leading, managing and motivating the grain storage sales team, generating grain bin sales, as well as strategic planning and business development to meet organizational goals and initiatives. Accountabilities: Generating grain bin and grain storage sytems sales, quotes and customer feedback on products and services Establish annual team objectives and individual objectives for each team player Use your knowledge of sales and marketing to coordinate plans, branding activities, and product development based on client/dealer needs Liaise with Research and Development and Production on product development and manufacturability Manage client/dealer accounts providing consultative support and warranty management Forge and maintain longterm business relationships with clients/dealers in support of organizational objectives Manage reporting and updates on business development and progress towards goals Requirements: Post-secondary Agricultural or Business degree 5-7yrs background leading and managing a sales team, sales and marketing related skills complemented by an understanding of grain storage and the agricultural industry Proven background in strategic sales and business planning Outstanding communication, negotiation, customer serviceability and issue solving skills Ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize and organize A motivated self-starter with cross-functional team background If you are someone looking for professional growth and new challenges and your background and requirements align with those listed above; this opportunity is waiting for you.
