Our buildings have a 5 year Warranty and come with 4x6 pressure treated skids notched in 1 inch for the pressure treated floor joists so they can sit right on the ground.

The floor is premium 5/8" T&G plywood flooring and the siding is REAL FIR T1-11 exterior plywood siding.

They're stained with Olympic Maximum oil base stain & sealer, the color is Honey Gold.

The trim is solid cedar and your building comes with a choice of a metal or singled roof.

Set up and Delivery to any accessible place in Alberta and Montana (first 30 miles FREE from one of our distribution points) small one way per mile charge there after.
